I’m working on many areas of my life, and I feel compelled to share some of that with you.

Personal development, has become an overused, catchall term, but true growth defies labels. I’ve seen a few eyerolls when I talk about it, but what else do you call personal growth?

My name is Lucy Hoffman, and I have a strong background in the beauty industry, with over 37 years of experience behind the chair. I love helping others feel and look their best, with a focus on women over 40.
